Natalie Jones is a certified human resource professional with more than two decades of administrative experience working with leading law firms in Austin, Texas. Serving as the Human Resources Manager, Natalie oversees a spectrum of responsibilities related to efficient office management. Her expertise spans human resource administration, training coordination, hiring processes, orientation and integration programs, performance evaluation, and general office operations.

In her professional capacity, Natalie demonstrates proficiency in managing human resources and recruitment functions. She actively contributes to organizational initiatives promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility. Natalie is adept at handling key aspects of personnel administration, including record maintenance, salary, and benefits oversight.

Natalie supports the firm’s organizational growth by strategically implementing streamlined processes for talent acquisition. She assesses staffing needs, devises recruitment strategies, and oversees various elements of the recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume review, and interview coordination.

Prior to her role at Pirkey Barber PLLC, Natalie contributed her skills to prominent firms like Jackson Walker and Norton Rose Fulbright. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Texas State University.

Natalie is actively involved with the Austin SHRM Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging committee. Outside the office, she enjoys running, traveling, enjoying live music, creating art, and cherishing moments with her family.
