Over the past six weeks, we had the pleasure of working with James Logan, Shrey Bhakta, Marc Jiang, Lina Leonhard, and Duke Jarvis through our 2026 Summer Associate Program.
During their time at Pirkey Barber, they gained hands-on experience across trademark, copyright, unfair competition, and brand protection matters. They contributed directly to client work, collaborated with attorneys throughout the firm, and gained practical insight into the day-to-day practice of intellectual property law.
Of course, it wasn’t all work. From Electric Shuffle and Topgolf to a Central Market cooking class, Activate Games, virtual herb gardening, and even a spa day, we made time to connect and have some fun along the way.
