Pirkey Barber’s Foreign Legal Consultant, Daniela (Dani) Rojas is participating in a panel discussion with Joshua Mandell from Rouse and Iván Sempere from Padima, titled “Not Only Words…Options to Protect Nontraditional Trademarks.” Dani will provide an update on the protection of Nontraditional marks in Latin America and the U.S. The panel will be moderated by Ina-Mara Helbig from Unverzagt von Have.
Dani and Michael Bradley of Bean, Kenney & Korman, P.C., are presenting on the “Unreal Campaign.” They will offer advice for educating young consumers about the dangers of purchasing counterfeit products and the importance of trademarks and brands.
