Pirkey Barber, a prominent trademark law firm, welcomes four new attorneys to its internationally recognized team. Josh Burke and Brandon Ress join as Senior Counsel, while Braden Darville and Ryan Miller join as Associates.
Brandon Ress and Joshua Burke bring a unique blend of legal expertise to Pirkey Barber with their wealth of experience and knowledge in all aspects of trademark law. Burke is a highly experienced trademark attorney with more than 27 years of legal expertise in all aspects of trademark law. He has represented some of the world’s most recognizable food brands and is an active member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), where he has held several leadership positions.
Ress’ practice includes trademark prosecution, transactions, policing, counseling, and intellectual property and internet-related litigation. He has represented clients in contested proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and has successfully prosecuted trademark applications for businesses in a wide range of industries.
Darville received her J.D. with honors from the Southern University Law Center, where she was a Senior Editor of the SULC Law Review and a member of the Intellectual Property Law Association. Miller graduated Summa Cum Laude from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
