Jennifer Liem

Jennifer Liem is an associate who advises clients on intellectual property matters, with a focus on trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement. She works with clients across technology, life sciences, healthcare, and other industries, bringing a practical perspective to brand protection issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer practiced at an AmLaw 100 law firm, where she supported leading technology and life sciences companies on intellectual property matters. In that role, she gained significant experience with trademark clearance, domestic and international prosecution, and strategic portfolio management for clients ranging from startups to multinational corporations.

Before her legal career, Jennifer worked at a multinational computer technology corporation in enterprise account management and sales development roles. There, she partnered with Fortune 500 companies on database, cloud, and integrated technology solutions, giving her firsthand insight into how businesses evaluate, adopt, and protect technology products and services.

Jennifer previously served as President of the Vietnamese American Bar Association of Northern California (VABANC), where she spearheaded the launch of a pro bono clinic in San Jose, California, to provide legal assistance to the local Vietnamese American community.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys making floral arrangements, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
