Katharyn Kirkham
Katharyn Kirkham focuses her practice on trademark law, including brand management, domain name enforcement, and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board disputes. Katharyn counsels her clients in trademark selection and clearance, prosecution of trademark applications in the United States and abroad, and global enforcement of trademark rights. Katharyn also handles copyright and trademark violations online, including domain name cybersquatting, and Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) proceedings.
Before beginning her career, Katharyn served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Paul D. Stickney in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
Katharyn earned her J.D. with honors from The Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where she served on the editorial board of the SMU Law Review.
Prior to law school, Katharyn graduated from The University of Texas, receiving a Bachelor of Arts, Plan II Honors.
Katharyn enjoys hiking, reading cookbooks, and listening to live music.
