Kimberlie Cilino assists with all aspects of trademark prosecution, clearance, and enforcement and is experienced in directly managing large trademark portfolios in the United States and abroad. Additionally, she assists with trademark litigation and domain name matters including investigative research, domain name policing, and domain name acquisitions.
Prior to joining Pirkey Barber PLLC, Kim was employed as a Senior Internet Paralegal by Norton Rose Fulbright. She has worked as a paralegal handling Intellectual Property matters since 2000.
Kim attended Texas State University where she studied anthropology and history.
