Lisa Lane

Lisa Lane is an intellectual property attorney specializing in U.S. and international trademarks. She focuses her practice on all facets of trademark protection, including branding consultation, clearance and selection, strategic application drafting and filing, portfolio maintenance, enforcement, and the negotiation and resolution of disputes. She also advises clients on trade dress protection and manages both domestic and international trademark proceedings.
