Melissa works closely with clients to manage domestic and international trademark portfolios, navigate complex prosecution matters, and develop practical strategies for protecting and enforcing trademark rights. Her experience spans a range of industries, including entertainment and digital media, fintech, food and agriculture, hospitality, and consumer products. She also regularly negotiates and drafts a wide range of intellectual property and commercial agreements, including trademark and copyright licenses, co-branding agreements, marketing and advertising agreements, social media and internet-related agreements, and other transactions involving intellectual property rights.
