Sheri Varney

Sheri has more than 40 years of experience as a paralegal in the legal industry, specializing in trademark prosecution, portfolio management, and brand protection. Throughout her career, she has conducted preliminary trademark searches, maintained domestic and international portfolios, managed enforcement actions, and ensured ownership rights are properly recorded with the relevant Trademark Offices.

She has supported clients across a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals and consumer health products, agricultural seeds and crop protection, footwear and apparel, animal feed and supplements, and radiology. Sheri has assisted with new product rollouts, daily portfolio maintenance, and enforcement strategies, consistently delivering high-quality work valued by attorneys and clients alike.

Sheri is skilled in trademark research and portfolio management tools, including Corsearch and TM365 (Saegis). She is known for her passion for her work, meticulous attention to detail, and eagerness to learn about new areas of commerce and enforcement strategies.
