We are pleased to announce the addition of three new attorneys to our team. Taylor Luke, Andrew Wade, and Noble Walker join the firm as Associates, bringing diverse backgrounds and skills in trademark, copyright, and unfair competition law.
Taylor Luke earned his J.D. with Highest Honors in May 2023 from the University of Texas School of Law, where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif, served on the Texas Law Review, served as a Teaching Quizmaster, and was actively involved in the Supreme Court Clinic and the Chancellor program. Prior to pursuing his legal studies, Taylor obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Louisiana State University. Before joining Pirkey Barber, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jane Bland.
Andrew Wade earned his J.D. with Honors in May 2024 from The University of Texas School of Law, where he served as the Research Editor for the Texas Law Review and actively participated in the Entrepreneurship & Community Development Clinic. Andrew also received a Dean’s Achievement Award in Persuasive Writing & Advocacy. Prior to attending law school, he graduated with Highest Honors in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin and gained valuable experience editing student films in Orange, CA, as well as working in educational media in the Washington, D.C., area.
Noble Walker earned his J.D. with Honors in May 2024 from The University of Texas School of Law, where he excelled in courses such as Copyright-Media Rights Drafting Workshop, Consumer Protection: DTPA, Professional Responsibility, and Property II (Baylor Law). During law school, Noble served as an Articles Editor for the Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal and participated in the Supreme Court Clinic. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Radio-Television-Film from The University of Texas at Austin.
